IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any products that have been opened.
No exceptions.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products Mix Beauty Lab does not accept product returns or exchanges.

However, we understand there are some circumstances that may warrant review. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date so we can respond to any questions or concerns surrounding your order that could be taken into special account for a possible return & or refund.

Circumstances reviewed for possible returns:

  • Allergic reaction (photo proof is required).

  • Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of our products, the following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Facial Rollers & Gua Sha Tools

  • Jute Brushes

  • All Makeup Items (including but not limited to Custom Products such as foundations, lipsticks and glosses)

  • Gift cards

  • Healthcare / Supplements

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take time before the refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank – processing times can vary.
