Thank you for shopping with Mix Beauty Lab! We are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably.

Order Processing Time

All online orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours (1–3 business days) of your purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

 

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (e.g. sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Within Canada

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD (pre-tax).

  • Orders under $150 CAD will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

No International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Canada.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Mix Beauty Lab is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
